i'm feeling pretty bummed lately about my student loans, i should probably feel good about it because last month i finally paid off my student line of credit ($5500) for about a total of $6000 dollars i've paid off this year since I graduted. Which is what bums me out. If its taken me almost a year to pay of 6 grand, then that means i'll be paying off student loans for another 7 years. I'm depressed because the thought of working my ass of and having absolutely nothing to show for it, other than dumping a bunch of money at the bank.... is a really depressing thought. I've worked really hard this year and i feel like i should have something to show for it, either a trip oversea's or a motorbike or a new car or something. I've worked hard! but instead what do I have.... i owe 42 grand instead of 48... whooopie. I hate student loans... I HATE THEM!!! I should be investing in RRSP's and saving up for a house, i should be able to buy my toys, not work and work and work and have nothing to show for it. *sigh* its my own fault of course... but it still sucks ass.
