of ducks

once upon a time in a kingdom far far away, there was a duck.
this particular ducks name was herman, and everyday herman would swim about the duck pond, content to bob his head in and out of the water searching for food. Sometimes little boys and girls would come to throw rocks or sticks at him and the other ducks, but herman would always just swim away. For a long time herman was content to sit, and bob, and swim around, occasionally quacking at other ducks, mostly minding his own bussiness.
then one day herman noticed another duck in particular. This duck was not a green color like herman, but it was a dull grey brown. It was a girl duck! To herman she was the prettiest shade of dull grey brown he had ever seen, so herman liked to follow her around the duck pond, and occasionally even quack at her. unfortunatly this dull grey brown duck, wasn't much intrested in hermans shade of green, and she liked to follow other ducks, with brighter greener feathers. One day herman noticed that the dull grey brown duck didn't seem much intrested in spending time with him, and herman thought to himself "think I'll fly to another duck pond.
